Patricia Moffatt Winn, long time Johnson City resident, lover of life and family, passed away peacefully at Franklin Woods Community Hospital on Saturday, May 30, 2015, after a brief illness.

She is survived by three brothers, Rev. Charles Moffatt (Sara), Gallatin, Tn., Dr. Lawrence Moffatt (Margaret) Johnson City and Dr Robert Moffatt (Margaret), Asheville, North Carolina.

Patricia was married to the late Don Miller of Johnson City and fiercely loved by their three children, Mat (& Pam) Miller of Fall Branch, Gary (& Diane) Miller of Jonesborough, and Donna (& Steve) Bagby of Atlantic Beach, Florida.

She adored her four grandchildren Tarah Lewis and Melinda Cooper (daughters of Lisa Green & Mat Miller), Casey & Sam Bagby (children of Donna & Steve Bagby), and two very special great grandchildren, Ally & Brayden Lewis.
