      Margaret L. Norris, 48, of Pope John Paul Apartments died at 9:50a.m. Thursday.
      She was born on June 18, 1939, in Beardstown, the daughter of Walter L. and the late Seva Reba McGinnis. She married Dallas Norris in 1977 in Springfield. Mrs. Norris was a member of St. Alexius Church and the Legion of Mary Auxiliary. She graduated from Beardstown High School. She was employed in the Cook County treasurer's office in Chicago for seven years, and later transferred to the state treasurer's office in Springfield.
      Surviving are her husband, Dallas; her father and stepmother, Walter and Evelyn McGinnis of Beardstown; and five sisters, Mrs. Donna Parks of Palm Springs, Fla., Mrs Patricia Koch of Springfield, Mrs. Catherine Byrd of Jacksonville, Mrs. Nancy Strong of Macomb, and Mrs. Mary Boehm of Frederick.
      Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Alexius Catholic Church, Beardstown, with the Rev. Alan Hunter officiating. Burial will be in St. Alexius Catholic Cemetery. Cline Funeral Home, Beardstown is in charge of arra ngements. [1]
