He was a retired Master Sergeant with the United States Air Force and a retired State Deputy Fire Marshall with the Commonwealth of Kentucky. He was a member of the Church of the Annunciation. He is survived by his of 39 years wife, Betty Moffett Hudson; his daughter, Ingrid Hudson; his son, Chris Hudson (Chrissy); five nieces and nephews that he raised as his own children, Lucy Harp, Angela Rossetti, and Fred Rossetti (Charlotte) all of Shelbyville, Vincent Rossetti (Carla) of White House, TN, John Rossetti (Melinda) of Frankfort; and seven great nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Monday, October 18, 2010 at Shannon Funeral Home with Deacon Butch Kinsella officiating. Visitation is 4 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Grove Hill Cemetery. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the American Cancer Society of American Heart Association.
