  • This database focuses primarily on Moffat (no matter how it is spelled) but we will include information on collateral familes if it's provided.
  • If no specific Source information is provided, an entry in the Submitter field (usually) indicates which Clan Moffat Society Member submitted the information.
  • In place names the following abbreviations are used: Co. = County; Twp. = Township
  • [--?--] as a person's surname indicates that the surname isn't known.
• The Clan Moffat UK tree is based mainly on the 1881 UK census as indexed and published on CD by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. (more...)
