    Text Roger-Here is the correct information that I have for John Cannon. He was married twice. His first wife was Ann (possibly Ellison and a second wife
    Mary).
    Birthdate: abt. 1717 in Maryland

    Death Date: 28 June 1808 in Newberry SC. This is recorded in the Charleston Times. He lived in Orangeburg for most of his life.

    He had ten children:

    Ephraim Cannon (1737-1803) married twice. The first wife is name unknown.
