2 facing pages of the census show 2 families of Muffetts. On the left John Muffett, aged 30 with his wife Mary and sons Robert and James. On the right Charles Muffett aged 55 with his wife Hannah and children Thomas aged 15 and Charlotte aged 13. It’s possible, but not proven that Charles is John’s father - the ages fit, and the fact that both are Brickmakers makes the connection more likely too.
