Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Massie-Buchanan Funeral Home, Virginia. Burial will be in Walnut Ridge Cemetery. Surviving are two daughters, Mary Wagner of Jacksonville and Frances Baker of Riverton; two sons, Earl Norris Jr. of Stronghurst and Harold Norris of Waverly; one brother, Wilbur Norris of Virginia; 13 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
