  Text	Sorry for the dely. I regret to inform you that my mother Barbara Moffet Downing died peacefully, after a three year illness, at my residence in Laguna Niguel, CA, on April 22, 2009. I have Evelyn Addis Downing (my mother's sister) born August 3, 1919 and died August 12, 1992. Note: there are TWO "Evelyn Downing's," mother and daughter. Minnesota May Henderson, their mother, was born May 11, 1865, and died February 22, 1930. She married Edward Albert Konantz January 24, 1889. Their daughter Evelyn Ruth Konantz (Downing) was born February 19, 1892. Note: One of the three "birth certificates" for Evelyn is very smudgy and I appear to have mistaken the "92" for an "88" (?) don't know why!
