Text | Minneapolis Star newspaper, Saturday, Aug 15, 1970 there were two obituaries for Fritz Zechlin. Fritz Zechlin, 71, 2000 NE. 4th St., died Friday. Services and burial at 1 p.m. Monday in Lakewood Cemetery. Former owner of Sanitary Meat Market and 20th Century Meats. Surviving: his widow, Muriel; three daughers, Mrs. Gerald Stallman, New Brighton; Mrs. Howard Leach, Fresno, Calif; and Mrs. Nancy Davis, Boonton, N.J., a son, Frank F., Uplands, Calif; a brother, Leo, New York, nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. The other obituary is as follows: Zechilin Fritz, age 71, of 2000 4th St. NE. Survived by wife, Murial (Pat); daughters Mrs. Gerald (Carol) Stallman, New Brighton, Mrs. Howard (Lenore) Leach, Fresno, Calif. & Mrs. Nancy Davis, Boonton, N.J.; son, Frank F., Uplands, Calif.; 9 grandchildren & 2 great-grandchildren; brother, Leo., New York. Private graveside service Mon. 1 p.m. Lakewood Cemetery. Visitation Sun. 2 - 5 p.m. at the Washburn McReavy-Swanson Chapel, Iring Av. N. at Lowery. |
