  Personal Knowledge Of Georgia Beard Merryman Birth Cert on file Marriage Cert on file Death Cert on File She was a school teacher and a great Mother. (By Evelyn J. Merryman Russeff) She married Harry Tuttle, 7 Mar. 1907, divorced, married Joe Merryman 11 Mar.1911. After hi s death she married Harry Tuttle, 15 Nov. 1957 the 2nd time. They lived together until his death. Attached to a picture of herself, was the following note. Harry and I had separated and I taught school at Blue Jacket, Okla. 1909-1910. I came to Oklahoma because I felt so bad that we separated. The school board wanted me to stay another year but I was homesick for Indiana, but I went back to Ind. where my folks were about to be divorced. I stayed 2 weeks and went back to Okla. taught country school near Catoosa, Okla and married Joe Merryman who had 6 children 1 2 years to 2 1/2. What a mistake but I don't regret it. Because I raised 7 fine children of m y own. Had hard times but came out O.K. 1910 Census she was listed as living with a Howe Family as a Boarder and she was a Grammer Sc hool Teacher [1]
